What are we all about
Sound Pop Academy is a performing arts group for young people aged 2-17!
We are more than just a choir or a ‘singing club’ providing singing lessons. We are a performance group that prides itself on engaging and guiding kids through the diverse world of singing, dancing and performing.
We achieve this by inspiring our singers at weekly sessions delivered by our incredible academy leaders.

WHAT DO OUR WEEKLY CHILDREN’S SINGING CLASSES LOOK LIKE?
Each week our singing groups get together to learn vocal skill and choreography from our amazing performing arts teachers.
At Sound Pop Academy we teach the BEST pop songs from all your children’s favourite artists including Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus & Ed Sheeran. What’s more, all the songs are carefully arranged in-house, by us, so you won’t hear any other singing group using our arrangements!
By becoming a Sound Pop Academy member, your child will also have access to our exclusive Members’ Area where they can access the songs and choreography they’ve learnt at our sessions to help them practice and build confidence. Members also have access to a rehearsal, performance and event diary which will keep them up to date with all of our sessions and additional opportunities.

Here are the answers to the most common questions we get asked about our Sound Pop Academy children’s singing classes.
How much do children’s singing classes cost?
Sound Pop Academy singing classes cost £32 for a Little Member, £42 for an Advanced member, plus a £5 discount per member for any child who attends with a sibling. Mini sessions are £7.50 per class.
What’s included in the membership fee?
The Membership fee includes all weekly sessions, most performance opportunities, a members area which includes all of the weekly content so members can rehearse at home, access to our online store, discounted tickets to our Family Festival, HIVE, events throughout the year and Membership Perks, which include discounts to local businesses across the south
When do we rehearse?
We run an average of 39 sessions per year, plus additional rehearsals for performances and gigs.
Where do we run our children’s singing classes?
We currently have academies running across Southampton and Hampshire. We have groups running in Romsey, Eastleigh, Hedge End and Southampton.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken monthly, meaning you do not need to pay for a full-term up front. You can cancel at anytime.
