For me, Sound Pop Academy isn’t only a job, it’s a dream!

What Sound Pop Academy means to me…

There are so many different ways to describe what Sound Pop Academy means to me. I have grown up loving the arts, spending all of my spare time in dance classes, singing clubs and going to summer schools. So, from a very young age I knew i wanted to build my life and career within the Performing Arts world.

Sound Pop Academy allows me to continue building my dream career, filling my life with singing and dancing, but I also get to share my passion though teaching others, hopefully inspiring them to fall in love with the arts world just as i did.

The most important part of what Sound Pop Academy means to me, is the friendship and support the academy provides, building confidence in all of those young people looking to find their voice, including myself! Growing up, my confidence in my singing voice hasn’t been great, but Sound Pop Academy has truly inspired me to fall in love with my own singing again and proven to me that if you’re passionate enough anything can happen.

For me, Sound Pop Academy isn’t only a job, its a dream!

What I’m looking forward to the most when Sound Pop Academy resumes…

Teaching!! I love being in the classes with all the students singing, dancing, playing games and listening to all the exciting stories they love to tell me from their day at school or trips over the summer. We have so much fun with each session full of laughter and smiles. Singing to all the pop songs is something I do frequently, but I have missed making music with others and listening to their voices grow!

Our sessions are such a friendly and safe place to be, no matter whether its been a good or bad day I know that each young singer coming through the door will have a friend to sit with and make them smile.
