ANNABEL BROWN – ACADEMY LEADER

Annabel has always had a love for music which started when she began learning various musical instruments at primary school. During her time at secondary school, Annabel received a music scholarship, as well as achieving an A-Level in Music.

Throughout her childhood Annabel has performed in many music and singing groups, latterly joining Love Soul Choir. Alongside her love for music and singing, Annabel has always had a passion for working with children and young people, developing children’s creativity through the arts.

After studying Primary Education at the University of Plymouth, and graduating in 2016, Annabel began working as a primary school teacher and has worked in various schools around Hampshire. During her time as a teacher, Annabel used music to support children’s learning, development, and confidence, as well as leading many choirs and music groups, and putting on musical productions such as Matilda and Annie.
