Leader in Training (LIT) Programme
Sound Pop Academy aims to inspire young people across the UK by delivering high quality singing and performance workshops via weekly sessions, outreach work and a variety of workshops throughout the year.
We know that getting a foot on the arts ladder and/or working with children and young people in an arts setting can be difficult, especially when you have little or no experience. Therefore, as part of our ongoing commitment to offering a fresh and inspiring service to communities where Sound Pop Academy is based, we are also proud to offer a Leader in Training (LIT) Programme, designed for young adults who are looking to develop their skills and gain experience of working with young people in an arts environment.
We offer a small number of placements at our academies and seek applications from those looking to be part of the programme.
